I hope you are well. I am writing because my band, [BAND], is participating in the 13th Annual Law Rocks Los Angeles on [FRIDAY or SATURDAY] [March 22 OR March 23] at the Whisky a Go Go. We will battle it out with other law bands - for charity. Our band is rocking in support of [NONPROFIT], an amazing organization.

Law Rocks offers a unique opportunity for sponsors and we would love to have [POTENTIAL SPONSOR COMPANY] support our band and the event. This year’s show has 13 bands representing X LA area law firms. Every Law Rocks event is a chance to watch a great rock show, connect with the local legal community, and discover and support amazing local nonprofits.

I’ve attached a fact sheet for event sponsorship opportunities. Each sponsorship level includes valuable exposure to thousands of Dallas-area legal professionals, tickets, and more. Additionally, sponsorships support our band in the competition, as sponsorships make up a third of our final score. You can view all the details at lawrocks.org/lax.

I realize you probably won't be able to make it to town to see the concert. However, I would really appreciate your donation to support our band.  Please visit lawrocks.org/lax and contribute any amount  under "Donation to Band's Nonprofit Pick".

We are proud to support [NONPROFIT] and their mission. 100% of your donation will be passed on to the nonprofit, and it also helps us take home the grand prize. Also, if you donate before 7pm PST on Friday, March 8, you'll help our band get a prime spot in the lineup. Every donation makes all the difference. Thank you so much for your support.

First, be sure you follow us on social media (links in the icons below) so that when we post about your band you can easily share/repost! Next, to craft some social media posts of your own just copy and paste these into social media, replace the placeholder text with your info and you're good to go! Even better, upgrade your post with a band photo or flyer!
