In addition to being a nationally renowned Telecommunications attorney, Alan Tilles also has a thriving Entertainment Law Practice. A musician since childhood, Alan represents numerous bands and entertainers, with the breadth of his work including work on recording contracts, television and live performance agreements, as well as copyright and trademark issues. As a result, he has received appreciative mentions in a number of albums by several musicians. Alan can frequently be seen on stage, either sitting in with client bands or appearing with his local group, Film at Eleven.
As part of the Shulman Rogers firm band, The Fine Print, he was the winner of the inaugural Law Rocks competition in Washington, D.C.
Victor is a founding member of Bushell Sovak Ozer & Gulmi LLP.
Victor and the firm have represented A list celebrities, musicians, authors and the industry for decades. Clients represented include (in no particular order): ICM, UTA, The Agency Group, MGM, BMI, FujiTV, Broadway Video, Vigliano Associates, VNY Model Management, Anne Hathaway, Harvey Keitel, Candace Bushnell, Raven-Symone, The Moody Blues, and Onyx. An avid musician, Victor has played the drums since second grade and (much to the dismay of his family and neighbors) continues to bang away in his basement at every possible opportunity. Cheers!

For over 30 years Andy has been an ardent legal advocate for creators of intellectual property and entertainment entrepreneurs, predominately those in the music industry. His client base spans the spectrum from emerging talent to iconic music superstars and from established companies to start-ups.
Andy is well versed in the challenges facing the music industry and has spoken at numerous educational events, been featured in books, quoted in Billboard and the Wall Street Journal, and interviewed on NPR. Andy is actively involved with NARAS’ NY Chapter’s Board of Governors, the Board of Directors of the TJ Martell Foundation (the music industry’s charity committed to finding a cure for cancer) and the ABA’s Music & Personal Appearances Division as its Vice Chair.
Most importantly Andy has been happily married to his wife Lorin for 25 years and they have three spectacular children - Jackson, Keaton & Logan - who play the piano better than he ever could.
When asked why Andy became an attorney in the music business he’ll readily assert it’s because he has no musical talent whatsoever but loves to do battle in negotiations and hang out in rock clubs.
